With a goal of inducing trial and reacquainting consumers with the brand, wet sampling was done at various locations across GTA.
Throughout the weekend, brand ambassadors encouraged customers in the store to try tea and to engage with the brand. Customers were happy at this festive gesture in cold weather and were very excited to share many positive comments about the brand at the activation. Many were regular users of the brand and quite a few tried it for the first time.

Halloween Ghosts Go Boo and the Halloween Bhoot Goes Bhoo
The weekend prior to Halloween Nestle's brand ambassadors distributed free chocolates to the shoppers at the Bramalea City Centre Mall. As the customers picked up their free chocolate they were also offered some discount coupons and also an opportunity to take pictures at the booth and share them on social media which gave them a chance to enter a lucky draw. This proved to be an effective exercise with people engaging with the brand and sharing the message further via social media platforms.
